1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged during delivery.
  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.
  • The product received is significantly different from the description on our website.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The product must be returned with original packaging, tags, accessories, and invoice.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
  • Products returned without original packaging.
  • Clearance, sale, or discounted items (unless damaged or defective).
  • Gift cards or promotional items.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

    • Photos of the product
    • Photos of the packaging
    • A brief description of the issue

We may request additional information to process your claim.

5. Refund Policy

After receiving and inspecting the returned product:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or UPI after obtaining the required details.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled:

  • Before the order has been shipped.
  • Before production begins for customized products.

Orders cannot be cancelled:

  • After the product has been shipped.
  • Once a customized product has entered production.

If an eligible order is cancelled, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

7. Return Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective product), M.I Industries will bear the return shipping cost.
  • For all other approved returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.

8. Replacement Policy

Subject to product availability, we may offer:

  • Product replacement
  • Exchange for a similar product
  • Refund, if replacement is not possible

9. Refund Exceptions

Refunds may be refused if:

  • The product shows signs of use or damage caused by the customer.
  • The return request is made after the return period.
  • The product is returned incomplete or without original packaging.
